Wafoura complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued by Royal Decree M/19 together with its Implementing Regulations, supervised by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). Information we collect
We collect limited information needed to run the service, such as your country preference, device identifiers used to prevent vote abuse, and basic usage analytics.
How we use information
We use this information to show relevant deals, measure coupon reliability, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.
How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as the purpose it was collected for requires. Records carrying technical identifiers (such as the hashed IP and device id on click and vote-event rows) are anonymized or deleted within 90 days at most; analytics consent records are retained as proof of choice for the lifetime of the relevant policy version; contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request; aggregate statistics that cannot be traced back to a person may be kept longer. Once a period ends, data is deleted or reduced to a non-identifying aggregate.
Your rights under the law
The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to be informed of how your data is processed, to access it and obtain a copy, to request its correction or completion, to request its destruction once it is no longer needed, and to withdraw consent to optional processing at any time.
